Arp Outdoor Sofa. The Arp outdoor furniture collection, designed by Borja García and Laura Ros of Made Studio, embodies the rationality of a design inspired by the vertical lines of harp strings. The spirit of Arp is based on an abstraction of 19th century cast iron architecture applied to the design of outdoor furniture with innovation and avant-garde. The Arp two-seater sofa is developed from a tubular structure in embossed aluminum, an expressive and functional material. “The light that an anodized finish gives off is magical, full of nuances, while in the raw it is rough and sincere. And of course, through thermo-lacquering, the color range is multiplied. We have been working with it for years, both in terms of product and architecture, and it never ceases to amaze us,” comment its designers. Its removable mattresses padded with polyurethane foam provide comfort to this designer sofa.
